Sarangi, Adv. For O.P. No.2 CORAM: JUSTICE SASHIKANTA MISHRA ORDER_ 10.04.2026 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. It is submitted at the bar that the petitioner has already filed appeal against the impugned order. Since the statutory remedy has already been availed, this Court does not deem it proper to entertain the writ application any more. The writ application is therefore, disposed of directing the appellate authority, Sub-Collector, Puri to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after granting opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties. The appeal shall be disposed of finally within a period of eight weeks from today. 3. Since this Court has already passed an order directing both the parties to maintain status quo till the next date, the same is extended for a period of one week to enable to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the appellate authority. 4. Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for opposite party No.2 submits Order No. 05. that because of the order of status quo, the operation of the rice mill may be disturbed. 5.
