1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.
“10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to directed the respondent authorities to call service records, pertaining to the instant matter. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issued Writ of 'Mandamus', direct the respondent no. 3 to decide the Medical Reimbursement Claim Bill Application dated 10/11/2025 (Annexure P/1), as per 'Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013', and 'Chhattisgarh Police Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2009', forthwith or in some time frame. 10.3 That, any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper together with cost of the petition.” PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding post of Jail warder and at present posted at Central Jail, Bilaspur. He contended that petitioner has taken treatment for herself during the period from 06.12.2024 to 03.03.2025, but till date respondents have not taken any decision on the reimbursement claim of petitioner dated 10.11.2025 and the claim of petitioner is still pending consideration before Respondent No. 3. He further submits that till date respondent no. 3 has not considered and passed any
order for reimbursement of medical bills, claim of petitioner and therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to take decision on the application of petitioner for reimbursement of medical claim of petitioner, at the earliest.
3. Learned State counsel submits that as the petitioner is only seeking for direction to be issued to respondent no. 3 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner for reimbursement of medical bills, she is having no objection to the limited prayer.

On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without commenting anything on the merits of claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3 to consider the application of petitioner with regard to reimbursement of medical bills as also the representation submitted by her, on 10.11.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.
