Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is selected for the post of Post Graduate Teacher, Philosophy and the Police Verification Report is pending. 2. The petitioner is apprehending that due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the police verification report will be submitted in negative. He further submits that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal against the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list before the appellate Tribunal. He prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for dispose of the appeal as early as possible. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the petitioner is selected for the post of Post Graduate Teacher, Philosophy and the verification report of the petitioner is pending, accordingly, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. Accordingly, WPA 17401 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
