1. At the outset, perusal of the record and the documents appended with the writ petition would show that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing WPS No. 5948/2026. In the said writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner herself sought permission to withdraw the same with liberty to approach the appropriate authority by filing a representation. Accordingly, vide order dated 06.08.2026, the said writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
2. It appears that despite the liberty so granted, the petitioner, instead of approaching the appropriate authority by filing a representation, has again approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. In view of the aforesaid order passed in the earlier writ petition, the present writ petition, in its present form, is not maintainable.
3. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority by filing a representation, as already granted by this Court vide order dated 06.08.2026 in the earlier round of litigation. Sd/- (BIBHU DATTA GURU)
