Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal act of the administrator of the school in restraining him from joining duties after he obtained bail in connection with a criminal case which is pending against him. 3. Learned advocate representing the Board submits, upon instruction that yesterday, that is, on 5th August, 2026 a formal order of suspension has been issued against the petitioner. The petitioner would be entitled to receive his subsistence allowance in accordance with law during his period of suspension. 4. In view of the order of suspension passed by the Board on 5th August, 2026, the order of suspension passed on 16th June, 2026 by the administrator of the school loses its relevance. Page 2 5. As it appears that the petitioner has already been put under suspension, accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner to permit him to resume duty cannot be allowed. 6.
