1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to RAGHVENDRA JAT Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT
2 issue appropriate writ/order/direction the respondent authority to reinstate the possession of the petitioner back to the house situated on the land bearing situated at Ward No. 3, Labour Block, West Chirmiri, Pondi, Tehsil Chirmiri, District MCB (C.G.), in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to issue appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent authority to grant compensation to the petitioner and her family members for mental and physical agony, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land in question belongs to the South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) and that the petitioner has constructed a house thereon. In view of the aforesaid factual position, learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authorities of SECL and ventilate the petitioner's grievance in accordance with law. 3. No objection has been raised from other side. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material available on record. 5.
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the
3 parties and the fact that the petitioner intends to avail the remedy available before the competent authority of the South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority of SECL for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law. 6. In the event such an application or representation is preferred, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law. 7.
