This writ petition seeks expeditious disposal of an application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 pending before the learned District Magistrate at Paschim Barddhaman. 2. It is submitted that the petition has been pending since January 06, 2022. 3. The State respondent and the private respondent no. 5 are represented. 4. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and having considered the material on record, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the learned District Magistrate, Paschim Barddhaman to dispose of the petitioner’s application under Section 14 of the 2002 Act pending before the said authority, as expeditiously 2 as possible, and preferably within period of one month from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, WPA 20060 of 2026 stands disposed of. No Costs. 6.
