Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the learned advocate for the Caveator has been duly served. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant paying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of the injunction application filed in Title Suit No. 861 of 2024 expeditiously. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the injunction application is pending for a long time. She further submits that the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing. 2 From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that February 16, 2027 has been fixed for hearing of the injunction application. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner this civil revision application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 1st Court at Barasat to take up the hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed, i.e., on February 16, 2027 if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, positively within a period of eight weeks from the next date fixed, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
