The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the constitution of India for issuance of a writ especially in nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 30.06.2026 Annexure P-3 and to release terminal and other residuary service benefits like pension leave encashment DCRG insurance with the 10% interest from the date that are due to the deceased employee Ravinder Singh to the petitioner and also to release the family pension to the petitioner as per rules. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to the respondent/State to decide the application/representation dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P-3). 3. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, respondent No. 2 – Director Department of Rural Development and Panchayat, is directed to decide the application/representation dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P-3) after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and by passing a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from receipt of certified copy of this order. A copy of the said speaking order shall be supplied to the petitioner within one week thereafter. 6. The petition in the aforesaid terms stands disposed off.
