ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. Notice to respondent No.3 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed.
3. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following relief:
(i) Wherefore, the above named Petitioner humbly prays that, this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus or certiorari or any other direction to Respondent No.1 to dispose the appeal MAG(4) SC/CR/03/2025-26 vide Annexure-R as early as possible and pass the orders Hon'ble court deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the time the Writ Petition is filed, today the appeal which had been filed, has been disposed.
