Appeal No. 8 of 2023. By the aforesaid orders an unconditional order of stay has been passed. Mr. Sarkar, learned senior advocate appearing for the opposite party submits that in the meantime the hearing of the P.P. Appeal has already been completed. On 19th August, 2026 is fixed for delivery of judgement. He submits that there was an order of stay of operation of the subsequent notice. In view thereof, nothing remains to be decided in this civil revisional application. Accordingly, C.O. 2518 of 2026 stands disposed of. 2 There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
