The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that sufficient time was granted for instructions and moreover, the relief sought is only for disposal of the revision petition which was filed on 11.03.2025 before the respondent No.3. 04. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner within two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after providing opportunity to both the parties.
