1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents raises an objection regarding maintainability of the present writ petition on the ground that an e cacious alternative remedy is available to the petitioner under the provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act.
2. In view of the aforesaid objection, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available under the Cooperative Societies Act.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission, permission as prayed for is granted.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy available to him under the provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act, in accordance with law. Sd/-
