The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the retiral dues of the petitioner including gratuity, leave encashment, GPF, arrears, ACP arrears and other retiral benefits along with interest @ 18% per annum as well as interest on the delayed payments from the date of accrual till the date of actual payments. 2. On receipt of advance copy of the petition, learned counsel for respondent No.3 has put in appearance and on instructions, submits that part retiral dues of the petitioner have already been released and the remaining dues shall be released within a period of 01 month from today. 3.
