Side) strongly opposed for modification of the said condition since on 07.05.2026, after getting instructions from the petitioners, the counsel for the petitioners represented that the petitioners were ready and willing to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.3,00,000/-. 3. Since the petitioners voluntarily accepted to pay the remaining cheated amount on the date when bail was granted, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.
