Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.3/Additional Collector, Surajpur, to consider and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner expeditiously, particularly considering that the appeal has been pending since 24.04.2026 and the relevant record has already been called for. 4.
