Mr. Nripendra Pratap Singh …for the State. 1. Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a passport holder and the passport is going to be expired but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the passport authorities will not renew the passport of the petitioner. She submits that being aggrieved with the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal and prayed for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal as early as possible. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. WPA 16130 of 2026 is disposed of. 2 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
