Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner availed medical leave from 16.09.2025 to 16.01.2026. He further submits that although the petitioner had submitted an application for the said period, his salary for the aforesaid period has been withheld without passing any order in accordance with law. The RTI communication dated 27.04.2026 merely refers to verification of the medical leave. Hence, the petitioner seeks release of the withheld salary. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that if the verification is still pending, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority within a period of 30 days. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, is directed to consider and decide the issue regarding verification of the petitioner's medical leave and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of 30 days. If there is no legal impediment, the withheld salary for the period from 16.09.2025 to 16.01.2026 shall be released to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 5.
