The criminal revision has been preferred praying for direction for expeditious disposal of Sessions Trial No. 27(12)/2022 corresponding to Sessions Case No. 28 of 2020 pending before the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court at Baruipur, South Parganas. 2. Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with. 3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the materials on record it appears that the Sessions Case is of the year 2020 relating to a case of the year 2018. 4. Accordingly, Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur shall take all necessary steps for conclusion of the trial even fixing day to day trial 2 in the present case and take all necessary steps to ensure the attendance of the witnesses as per the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code. 5. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur shall also take all endeavour to conclude the case preferably within one year from the date of communication of this order. 6. CRR 3340 stands disposed of. 7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on urgent basis after completion of all necessary formalities.
