1. Petitioner has filed Contempt Petition under Section 10 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willfully disobeying the order dated 21.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) in Civil Writ Petition bearing No.15841-2026 titled “M/s M.S. Wine Vs. State of Haryana and others”, vide which the Civil Writ Petition was
disposed of with a direction as detailed in Para No.3, which runs as under:-
“ (3) In the facts of this case, we find the afore prayer made on behalf of the petitioner to be reasonable and therefore, dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal filed by it to challenge therein the orders passed by respondent No.3 dated 09.02.2026 and 13.02.2026, by passing a speaking order and after affording opportunity of hearing to all affected parties, preferably within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.”

4. In view of the above, no further action is required in the present Contempt Petition and the same stands disposed of.
