Heard. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs : 10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record relating to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari and quashed the endorsement made in complaint dated 15.06.2026 passed in the complaint dated 15.06.2026 by the respondent no. 3. 10.3 Any other relief deems fit just and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner. 10.4 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the relief sought in this petition cannot be granted at this stage, as no coercive steps have been taken by the concerned authorities till date. He submits that the concerned SHO has issued a memo dated 20.07.2026 to the concerned SDO stating that an enquiry is required, after which appropriate action will be taken. Hence, at 3 this stage, no order can be passed either in favour of the petitioner or against him. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition, in case, any exigency arises in future.
