Material on record would go to show that incident in question had taken place on 25.03.2026. First information is belatedly submitted after a period of more than one week from the date of incident. In respect of the alleged incident, there is a case and counter case registered by Sira Police Station in Crime No.119/2026 and Crime No.123/2026. Accused Nos.3 and 4 in the present case have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.P.No.7041/2026. Considering the nature of allegations found as against the accused in the complaint which is belatedly filed after a period of one week from the date of incident, I am of the opinion that their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail needs to be answered affirmatively. Accordingly, the following order:- 5. The petition is allowed.
