In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned advocate Mr. Panchal, and considering that the reason for not granting the electricity connection to the petitioner would stand redressed once the petitioner complies with all the requisite fire safety norms and obtains the Fire NOC, the petitioner is directed to file an undertaking to the aforesaid C/SCA/8054/2026(GJHC240410342026) ORDER DATED: 31/08/2026 effect on or before 03.09.2026. Thereafter, the electricity connection of the petitioner may be reconnected. 3.
