JUSTICE ARUN DEV CHOUDHURY 25.03.2026 (Ashutosh Kumar, CJ) Initially this appeal was filed against the judgment dated 02.12.2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No.3585/2025, whereby the transfer order of the respondent No.1 herein from the post of Registrar, Labour Court, Guwahati to the post of Registrar, Industrial Tribunal, Dibrugarh was set aside and a fresh order of transfer was directed to be passed by the competent authority. This Court, in the beginning, expressed that it would be appropriate if both the appellant and the respondent No.1 are accommodated at a place which is near their suggested choice of postings for the reason of the difficulties faced by them and they having remained at their respective places before transfer for 8(eight) and 13(thirteen) years, respectively. A fresh decision appears to have been taken by the Government transferring both the appellant and the respondent No.1 to different places. Mr. M.K. Choudhury, learned Senior Advocate for the respondent No.1 has submitted that the respondent No.1 has challenged the fresh order of her transfer by way of a writ petition. In view of the above, the present appeal has become infructuous. Page No.# 3/3 Consequently, all pending Interlocutory Applications, viz. I.A. (Civil) No.4139/2025 and I.A.
