1. Heard Mr. M. Anilkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. S. Hulke, the learned APP for the respondents/State.
2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondent No.5 to decide the application which is on record at page No.113 (Annexure IV) for grant of possession of the secured asset, as per order dated 02.08.2025 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No.633/2025.
3. Mr. M. Anilkumar, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the aforesaid application is pending before respondent No.5, since 22.06.2026 and, therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. Similarly, Mr. M. Anilkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention towards the complaint dated 28.04.2026 submitted by the petitioner to the 2026:BHC-NAG:10636-DB
(2) 3.cri.wp.609.2026 Superintendent of Police, Amravati. He submits that even after passage of three months now, the respondent No.4 Superintendent of Police has not considered the aforesaid complaint nor has acted upon it. In view of the above we dispose of the writ petition in following terms: (i) Since an innocuous prayer is being made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.5 to decide the aforesaid application within a stipulated period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. (ii) We also direct the respondent No.4 Superintendent of Police, Amravati, to consider the aforesaid compliant on its own merits in accordance with law and decide the same within a period of four weeks.
5. Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
