By presenting this writ petition prayer is made for directing the concerned police authority to take steps which would facilitate petitioner to ingress and egress to his premises. 3. Attention of this Court has been drawn to a complaint dated 4th April, 2026 addressed to the concerned police authority wherein an incident dated 2nd April, 2026 was narrated. It was alleged in the said complaint dated 4th April, 2026 that petitioner was allegedly threatened and intimidated. 4. State respondents and private respondents are represented by learned advocates. 5. Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 3rd August, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Chandrakona Police Station and same is taken on record. Copies of the said communication dated 3rd August, 2026 are made over [2] to the learned advocates representing petitioner and private respondents. 6. It is disclosed in the communication dated 3rd August, 2026 that based on complaint dated 4th April, 2026 a criminal prosecution being Chandrakona P.S. Case No.137 of 2026 dated 2nd April, 2026 was initiated and same culminated into filing of charge-sheet dated 31st July, 2026. 7. From the case made out in this writ petition, it appears that issue involved in this writ petition is confined to ingress and egress of the petitioner with the assistance of concerned police authority. 8. If petitioner finds that his right to ingress and egress is infringed by respondent nos.7 & 8, in that event, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach appropriate forum in pursuit of remedy. 9. However, concerned police authorities are directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale and to see that no untoward incident takes place. 10. Writ petition stands disposed of. 11.
