ORAL JUDGMENT
Both appellant and respondent along with their respective counsel are present before the Court and filed compromise petition under Order XXIII Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure (for short, 'CPC').
2. The compromise petition is duly signed by the parties and their respective advocates.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably except the condition No.5 of the compromise petition as they would not press the same. They further submit that, there is no force or coercion or undue influence in reaching out the terms mentioned in the compromise petition. Therefore, they request to entertain the compromise petition.

4. As per the compromise petition, the appellant undertakes to pay an amount of Rs.12,50,000/- as first installment to the respondent on before 30.09.2026 and at that time, the respondent shall hand over all the original documents pertaining to the suit schedule property to the appellant. The second and last installment of Rs.12,0,000/- will be paid by the appellant on or before
30.11.2026.
5. The compromise petition is placed on record.
6. As such, there is no impediment for this Court to accept the compromise petition and dispose of the appeal in terms of the compromise petition.
7. Hence, this Court passes the following:
ORDER
(i) The appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise petition.
(ii) The parties are directed to comply with the terms of the compromise petition.

(iii) Registry is directed to draw decree in terms of the compromise petition. The copy of the compromise petition shall be part and parcel of the decree. Refund the court fee to the appellant on proper identification.
