At the threshold it is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there are five criminal prosecutions which are known to petitioner and in connection with those petitioner has obtained bail. However, petitioner apprehends other criminal prosecutions may be pending against him and in this regard prayer is made for directing concerned police authority to intimate whether other criminal prosecutions are pending or not. 3. State respondents are represented by learned advocate. 4. Deputy Inspector General of Police (Legal), West Bengal is directed to inform petitioner by forwarding a letter criminal prosecutions which are pending against petitioner as on date by seven (7) days from date. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of. 6. Leave is granted to the learned advocate representing petitioner to amend the cause title of this writ petition and describe respondent no.3 appropriately. [2] 7.
