It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that his account lying with the respondents bank came to be frozen pursuant to the filing of a cyber crime complaint by one, Harshith N R Nelagadaranahalli, near Church Bangalore North 560073. 5. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the complainant has subsequently on 05.03.2026 communicated to the Pery Police Station Bangalore Karnataka regarding closure of his cyber complaint as he had settled the issue with the accused/petitioner. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that he has in detail pleaded in the petition that there was no involvement of the petitioner in the alleged fraud and complainant upon verification of the facts stands satisfied which prompted him to make a communication regarding the closure of the complaint. 6. In this backdrop, the instant petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to defreeze the account of the petitioner as mentioned in the petition. 7. Disposed of.
