The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2025. The informant was waylaid by miscreants and his mobile was looted and attempts were made to take away his motorcycle. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of a co- accused. It appears that recovery was effected of a mobile, a country made pistol, etc. Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents, but in view of the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Chhattarpur P.S.
