When this Court is not inclined to grant bail, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, in case, the trial is not concluded within six months. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail for almost more than two and half years, and therefore, he also prayed to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial within six months. 3. Permission granted. The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
