JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the representations produced at Annexure-A1 to Annexure-A6. 4. In this regard, the learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that no such direction, as sought for by the petitioner, can be issued to the respondent-authorities, as the relief sought in the representations is negative in nature - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010491892026 NC: 2026:KHC:40594 WP No. 22309 of 2026 and, therefore, cannot be granted in the manner prayed for by the petitioner. 5. Per contra, Sri K. Vijay, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is for a direction to respondent No. 2 to incorporate the details of the Court proceedings in Column No. 11 of the RTC extracts. 6. Having regard to the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that it would be appropriate to reserve liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation specifically seeking incorporation of the details of the Court proceedings in Column No. 11 of the RTC extracts. 7. If such a representation is submitted within an outer limit of one week from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, respondent No. 2 shall - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010491892026 NC: 2026:KHC:40594 WP No. 22309 of 2026 consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of one month thereafter.
