Learned counsel for the petitioner would make sole submission that for redressal of petitioner’s grievance, he has filed representation (Annexure-P/02) before the respondent-authority, which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be
directed to be decided within a reasonable time.
3. Be that as it may, the concerned respondent-authority is directed to consider and decide petitioner’s pending representation (Annexure- P/02) in accordance with law within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing reasoned and speaking
order.
