1. Following reliefs have been prayed in this petition:-
“(1) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to make compensation as per section 25 of the Land Acquisition Act within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities consider the representation and to enhance awarded low compensation in accordance with provision of the Agricultural landAcquisition Act as per guideline 2025-26 with 18% interest from date of acquired land to till date of actual payment within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the
facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking enhancement/modification of the award passed by the competent authority.

3. Learned State counsel, on the other hand, submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable for the relief as prayed for by the petitioner.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application/representation before the competent authority.
6. In the event such application/representation is filed, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, within a reasonable period.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
