The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition since 25.04.2026 till date. 3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed regarding the petitioner’s appearance before the respondent Police in Crl.M.P.No.645 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026 is modified to the effect that “the petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police on every Saturday, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.
