The petitioner in this Writ Petition is assailing the order dated 28.01.2026 in R.P.No.295/2025 (Annexure-A) passed by respondent No.2 and order dated 17.02.2025 in R.A.588/2024(Annexure-B) passed by respondent No.3. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on careful consideration of the records would indicate that mutation has been effected based on the registered Sale Deed dated 28.08.2012. Sri. Nanjunda swamy N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended by referring to the registered Sale Deed dated 28.08.2012 produced at Annexure-H that the Sale Deed has been executed by the vendor M.D. Rajagopal, however, M.D. Rajagopal died prior to the date of registration of the sale deed. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to establish right over the property in question in a manner known to law, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
