By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : A. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records from the respondent authority in respect of the Petitioner's case B That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/ order / direction to the respondent authority to decide the representation dated 10.09.2022 for entering the name of legal heirs of deceased Late Sh. Ardhendu Sarkar (owner/lease Holder) in the Municipal Corporation record after death of owner/leased holder regarding the House No. L.I.G.-141 situated at Maharana Pratap Nagar Korba, Tahsil and Distt. Korba (C.G.) which is (Annexure P/1). C. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may be passed. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer to dispose of this petition with a direction to the concerned authorities to decide the representation filed by the petitioner before them within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the respective respondents have no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter and particularly 3 considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to respondent No.3-Municipal Corporation, Korba to consider the application/representation filed by the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law, after issuing notice, if necessary, to the affected parties and granting opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 5. Since the matter has been pending since 2022, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in turn, the respondent authority is directed to consider and decide the representation expeditiously. 6.
