Ms. Raheela Khan, learned Assisting Counsel has submitted that she is under instructions from the Managing Director, J&K Financial Corporation to submit that whole amount payable to the petitioners in terms of judgment which is subject matter of the present contempt petition, shall be paid to the petitioners in 12 monthly installments and she further submitted that 2 monthly installments stand already released in favour of the petitioner. 2. In view of the above, the present proceedings are closed by directing the Managing Director, J&K Financial Corporation to release the balance monthly installments without any break and in the event any default is made by the Managing Director, J&K Financial Corporation, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the present contempt petition.
