JUSTICE HANCHATE SANJEEVKUMAR ORAL ORDER This Court, on 07.08.2025 had disposed of the MFA.No.2482/2019 by granting compensation in favour of the claimants/appellants. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant No.1 submitted that in the appeal, there were two appellants, who are the wife and the mother of the deceased and during the pendency of the appeal, appellant No.2-mother of the deceased had died on 11.08.2023 and this fact was not brought to the notice of the Court. Therefore, it is submitted that, considering the mistake of the petitioner for not bringing the said fact, the Court may be permitted appellant No.1 alone to receive the entire compensation awarded by this Court. Taking note of the submission of the petitioner / appellant No.1, the death of appellant No.2 and there are no other legal representatives of the deceased-appellant No.2, this Court is of the opinion that appellant No.1 is the only legal representative of the deceased who died in the rail accident. Therefore, the order dated 07.08.2025 is confined only to appellant No.1 who is the wife of the deceased and the amount awarded in the appeal shall be released in her favour alone as ordered by this Court. Hence, the following: ORDER (i) The Review Petition is allowed. (ii) The entire compensation amount awarded in the appeal is ordered to be released in favour of the petitioner / appellant No.1 alone, on proper identification.
