Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the District Election Officer, Murshidabad against the deletion of her name from the voter list but the District Election Officer has not considered the request till date. He prays for an order directing the District Election Officer to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Election Officer, Murshidabad to consider of the representation filed by the petitioner dated April 4, 2026 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3. Accordingly, WPA 17864 of 2026 is disposed of. (Krishna Rao, J.)
