Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been stay of the proceedings arising out of Shyampukur Police Station Case No. 83 dated 21.09.2023 in connection with CRR 1687 of 2024. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that there is no question of apprehension of arrest at this stage. Accordingly, the application being CRM (A) 707 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
