The petitioner have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the 2 / 3 application dated 22.07.2025 submitted for grant of dependent employment in favour of the petitioner. (ii) That this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to direct the respondents to grant dependent employment to the petitioner. (iii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit with regard to this case”s 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that father of petitioner died in harness on 05.05.2013, thereafter, he submitted an application to obtain a succession certificate which was allowed on 30.04.2019. Order passed in succession application was put to challenge in appeal and thereafter a revision which came to be dismissed on 21.04.2023 and the order of the learned Civil Court granting succession certificate in favour of the petitioner was upheld. He contended that the petitioner has submitted an application for grant of dependent employment which is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to the respondents to take decision on the application for grant of dependent employment within specified time frame. 3. Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and 2 would submit that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner he is having no objection if the application submitted by the petitioner is still pending consideration, it will be decided in accordance with law. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to consider and take decision on the application submitted by the petitioner for grant of dependent employment, in accordance with the clauses of the prevailing NCWA, 3 / 3 expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
