1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks quashment of the
order dated 03.01.2023 (Annexure P/1), and further seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to grant him regular pay scale on completion of three years of service along with all consequential benefits.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case of the present petitioner is similar to the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 646/2021 decided on 02.04.2026 and this petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order.
3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the State would also submit that they will consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the
order passed in WPS No. 646/2021, subject to verification of the
facts of the present case and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by both the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 02.04.2026 passed in WPS No. 646/2021. The State is directed to pass appropriate order, in accordance with law and on its own merits, after verification of the facts of the present case.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the present petition is disposed of.
