1. The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.
2. Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal.
3. The petitioner had preferred an appeal before the appellate Tribunal being aggrieved with the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list. The appellate Tribunal has taken up the appeal and disposed of the same before giving any notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner on May 12, 2026.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal to restore the appeal and to dispose of the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record, the appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeal of the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner to dispose of the appeal as early as possible
2 preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
6. WPA 16011 of 2026 is disposed of.
7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
