This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Page No.# 2/3 Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioner, namely, Asaruddin Mondal, has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Bilasipara P.S. Case No. 369/2025 under Section 189(2)/132/127(2)/324(4)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. The case arose out of an FIR lodged by a forest officer of Salkocha by alleging that they were doing their duty at Bilasipara area, where a tractor full of soil of river was signaled to stop, but the driver tried to kill him by hit, and they somehow saved their lives by jumping to the other side. It is also alleged that the said tractor did not have any valid paper and number and he was trying to do something illegal, but the driver fled away. 4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in the meantime, investigation is completed resulted in a charge-sheet vide C.S. No. 25/2026 dated 31.01.2026. 5. In view of the completion of investigation, it is directed that in the event of the arrest in connection with this case, the petitioner will be allowed to go on bail of Rs. 30,000/- with one suitable surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 6. The direction for bail is further subject to the condition(s) that the accused-petitioner: (a) shall be available for trial, if one commences; (b) shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; and (c) shall not commit any illegal activities. Page No.# 3/3 7. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds before the learned trial court whereupon necessary orders shall be passed. 8. Violation or breach of condition(s) shall entail cancellation of the bail. 9. The anticipatory bail application stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
