The petitioner is aggrieved that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him have been pending since June 2025 without the authorities taking any steps to complete the process. 2. A copy of the report filed by the State is taken on record. 3. Without getting into the controversy as to whether steps have been taken or not expeditiously, I direct the respondent authorities to complete the entire process of the disciplinary proceeding and pass necessary orders in accordance with law by January 31, 2027. 4. With the afore-stated direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 5. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order, be given to the parties, if applied for, on priority basis.
