This is an office reference for correction of a typographical mistake in Para 3 of the order dated 13.08.2026 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 6845 of 2026. 2. It has been informed that, in the second line of Para 3, the words ‘3 separate offences’ are mentioned with respect to offences under the Gambling Prohibition Act, NDPS Act and Excise Act, 2 whereas the correct fact is ‘two separate offences’, i.e., the Gambling Prohibition Act in one offence and the NDPS Act and Excise Act in the second offence. Therefore, instead of ‘three separate offences’, it will be corrected to ‘two separate offences’. 3. Considering the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner and perusal of the case diary, the said fact requires to be corrected. 4. Accordingly, the words ‘3 separate offences’ appearing in the second line of Para 3 of the order dated 13.08.2026 passed in MCRC No. 6845 of 2026 shall be read as ‘2 separate offences’.
