Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that suffice it would be, if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the proceeding in Mutation Case No.1276/2025-26, at the earliest. 4. Learned counsel representing the respondent – State submits that if the proceeding is pending, appropriate action will be taken to ensure disposal of the same, as early as possible, after hearing all the parties concerned. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioner will produce a copy of this order along with relevant documents before the concerned respondents, within three weeks. 5.1. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and ensure disposal of the proceeding pending consideration, within ten weeks in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. 5.2.
