1. Affidavit-of-service as filed on behalf of the writ petitioner is taken on record.
2. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that challenging the order dated 13.11.2025 as passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur in Case No.46 of 2025 the writ petitioner has filed an appeal before the respondent no.2 authority. It is submitted that despite filing of the said appeal the respondent no.2 authority has not
disposed of the said appeal.
4. In view of such, this Court while disposing the instant writ petition directs the respondent no.2 authority to dispose of the appeal as preferred by the present writ petitioner impugning the order dated 13.11.2025 as
2 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur in Case No.46 of 2025 positively within sixty working days from the date of communication of the server copy of the order.
5. The time limit as fixed by this Court is peremptory and mandatory.
6. Liberty is given to the learned advocate-on- record of the petitioner to communicate the server copy of the today’s order to the respondent no.2 authority, who is directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this
order.
7. With the aforementioned observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
8. Since affidavits have not been called for, the allegation made in the instant writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be delivered to the learned advocates for the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
