Consequent to which there was a free fight and both the parties sustained injuries. Learned advocate also submits that the present petitioners are innocent and they have been foisted in connection with the instant case, who apprehends that they may be arrested. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary and refers to the statement of the injured as well as the injury report. 2 However, so far as the present petitioners are concerned, there are overt acts which have been stated by the injured in his statement. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 1849 of 2026 is dismissed. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
